The Base -- 10 year guarantee!
Dream Greens sets down compacted road base to set the elevation and contours. 4" of 3/4" clean stone is used for drainage. There is 4" of 3000 PSI concrete with fiber mesh and half-inch reinforcing rods 30 inches on center in two directions.

The Turf
The turf is glued, wrapped and nailed. This is the same turf used by the Dave Pelz short game school and used on NBC’s Today show July 6th in conjunction with Dave Peltz's new book release, "The Putting Bible." Peperdine University, PGA tour players and top amateurs also use the same turf. The turf is 6.6 curley nylon with perfect resiliance maintenance free. No sand filler is required. This resilence eliminates any of those imperfections (foot impressions, ball marks and the lumpy donut) that occur on all other synthetic greens. You get perfect feedback--every stroke, providing the ultimate training tool!

These greens play at 10 on stimp meter (tournament speed).
